These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchases from Venus diamond LLC ("diamond4ever", "we", "us"), located at 607 S Hill st STE 622 Los Angeles 90014. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Made-to-order products
All products are made to order to the specifications you select. Images are for illustration; slight natural variation in diamonds, metal color and finish is normal. Carat weights may be approximate within standard industry tolerances.

2. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or unavailability of materials, in which case any payment will be refunded in full. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation.

3. No returns, refunds or exchanges
Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges, except for items that arrive damaged or defective or that do not match your order, reported within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Shipping and risk
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Payments
Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including designs, text, images and logos, belongs to Venus diamond LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Privacy
Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Venus diamond LLC is registered.
