Made to order
Every piece is made to order after you purchase. Production time depends on the design and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Your piece ships once it has been completed and inspected.

Shipping rates and delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates start once your piece has shipped. Every order is shipped fully insured, and a signature may be required on delivery.

Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy and missed deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, reshipping costs may apply.

Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at venusdiamond7116@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, as described in our Refund & Return Policy. If tracking shows your package is lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier and our insurer to resolve it.
