Warranty

Every piece is made to order and inspected before it ships. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email support@d4e.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will repair or remake it as described in our Refund Policy. Normal wear, loss, theft, accidents or improper care are not covered.

Cleaning, prong tightening and rhodium re-plating for white gold are available on request. Contact us and we will quote the service before any work begins.
